No Description Blender & Packer Helpers (Temp-to-Hire)
Location:
Rock Hill, SC
Pay:
$15.50-$17.00/hour (based on experience) + Paid for Performance incentives
Shift:
1st Shift (start times between 6:20 AM - 7:30 AM, end when production is complete) Key Responsibilities
BLENDER HELPER
Assist with blending spice products for large-scale production Accurately measure, document, and verify ingredients and processes Continuously lift and handle 50 lb bags of ingredients Ensure products meet food safety and quality standards Maintain clean and organized work areas
PACKER HELPER
Package finished products efficiently and accurately Perform repetitive lifting of 50 lb bags every 7-10 seconds Label, stack, and prepare products for shipment Follow production schedules and maintain workflow pace Support general production and housekeeping tasks Job Requirements Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and perform repetitive motion tasks Comfortable working in a fast-paced, labor-intensive environment Strong attention to detail and basic math/comparison skills Ability to stand for extended periods No food allergies (due to food production environment) Must submit a resume Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including aptitude testing
