Warehouse Order Picker/Packer

Job Summary We are a growing military and law enforcement e-commerce company seeking a motivated, dependable individual looking for long-term growth opportunities. This role supports daily warehouse operations across multiple online sales channels, including order picking, packing, and shipping. Most of the work takes place in a warehouse environment and involves handling products and shipments going out across the country. While the pace is more steady and deliberate than in the past, self-motivation and initiative are essential. There is always work to be done, and successful team members are comfortable identifying tasks and staying productive without constant direction. Military or law enforcement experience is required. Candidates should be comfortable with physical labor and have a basic understanding of computers, Windows PCs, the internet, and online shopping platforms. Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines Assist with loading and unloading incoming shipments Support general warehouse and operational tasks as needed Qualifications & Skills Strong attention to detail and order accuracy Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and performing physical labor Basic computer skills for order and inventory management Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift heavy items and remain on your feet for extended periods Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required Familiarity with military and law enforcement equipment, terminology, or organizations required.
