Co-Packer / Mixer

Job Summary:

The Co-Packer / Mixer is responsible for performing various food production activities including accurately mixing product batches according to formulas; operating production equipment safely; packaging finished goods; and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the production environment. This role requires strong attention to detail to ensure product quality, safety, and consistency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to established formulas and production guidelines Operate mixing, blending, and packaging equipment safely and efficiently Package, label, and palletize finished products according to specifications Assist with inventory rotation and replenishment of raw materials Maintain accurate production records as required Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain compliance Provide additional production support as needed Maintain an organized and efficient work environment

Requirements:

Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma (or equivalent) required Ability to lift at least 50 lbs Capable of working independently with occasional direction and instructions Ability to stand for long periods of time Willingness to work overtime as needed Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and sanitation requirements Preferred Skills and Qualifications High school diploma (or equivalent) required Previous experience in food production, mixing, or co-packing Experience with inventory management systems Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Word Highly organized and dependable Motivated team player Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift 50 lbs.
