Fulfillment Clerk

Summary of Position:

The Fulfillment clerk is responsible for picking and packing warehouse items and fulfilling orders with other printed and finished products. Candidate must work well in a very fast paced, deadline-oriented environment; have strong organizational and problem-solving skills; be detail-oriented; must be able to quickly identify problems and seek solutions and communicate effectively with others in a team environment.

Training:

Training will be provided on the job.

Job Responsibilities:

Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders containing warehoused and/or printed items for customers according to our standards Keep all products and workspaces meticulously neat and organized Hands-on experience. You can expect to handle packages from small envelopes to boxes up to 40 pounds. Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory. Assist with finishing, wrapping, kitting, and packaging of all projects and daily orders Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory. Process shipments for daily orders using FedEx Software Change Stations and view orders using the internal software system High energy level, enjoy hands-on work Excellent attention to detail Strong work ethic and ability working in a team environment Knowledge of raw materials Knowledge of quality systems and standards Solid computer skills Ability to lift at minimum 30 lbs
