Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm HB Staffing is seeking a Ice Packer to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Monitor and coordinate daily production tasks to ensure ice blocks are cut, moved, and processed efficiently. Operate equipment such as walking pallet jacks and other production machinery safely and effectively. Ensure Fat Ice trash is disposed of properly and promptly throughout the shift. Assist with clearing snow and maintaining cleanliness in freezer areas as needed. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of materials and equipment. Wear required PPE in freezer and production areas at all times. Collaborate with the production team to ensure production goals and task assignments are completed efficiently. Maintain a positive attitude, communicate well with team members, and contribute to a cooperative, respectful work environment. Promptly report facility issues, equipment concerns, or safety hazards to management. Support overall production workflow to maintain smooth and continuous operations.

Position Requirements:

Prior experience in commercial production or warehouse work is a plus but not required. A food handler's permit (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire). Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications. Bring strong communication and people skills to the team. Stay calm and focused in time-sensitive or high-pressure situations. Look for ways to grow, learn new skills, and take on new challenges.
