Job Description Position Title:

EPJ Order Picker Job Summary:

The EPJ Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, pulling, and preparing customer orders using an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) in a warehouse or distribution center environment. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and a commitment to safety and productivity standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) safely and efficiently. Pick customer orders according to pick tickets, RF scanners, or voice-picking systems. Accurately select products and quantities while meeting productivity goals. Stack, wrap, and prepare pallets for shipping. Verify product information, quantities, and order accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed. Report damaged products, equipment issues, or safety concerns to management. Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience preferred. Experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) preferred. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work for extended periods. Basic reading and math skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards. Reliable transportation and attendance.

Work Environment:

Warehouse or distribution center setting. May require working in varying temperatures. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs. #ENGHP
