Manual handling Full Job Description Shift Hours 1st shift: 7am- till finish 2nd shift: 4pm-till finish. 6 days a week with 1 day off. Job duties and Responsibilities
- Scan production orders
- Responsible (must make sure they scan the right math)
- Communication with production when pos change
- Lift up to 25-50lbs
- Basic math
- Able to multitask
- Able to communicate and work effectively with others
- Performs duties and tasks routinely
- Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality, (HACCP, GMP, Safety)
- Ability to organize, prioritize and own multiple tasks while meeting and/or exceeding deadlines.
- Understand Good Manufacturing Practices. Work environment
- Full time position
- Must be willing to work in refrigerated environment
- Cold/Wet 38°F
- Must be able to workdays, nights, holidays, and weekends as scheduled or needed.
- Must work in a professional and courteous manor with subordinates and peers.
- Open to work in a diverse work environment. Education/ Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required.
- Must have 3 to 6 months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk.
- The employee must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Employee must submit to post offer, pre-employment drug test and employment history check.
- Employee must be able to stand for long periods of time.
