Job Description
Our Dallas fulfillment warehouse ships customer orders every day, and we're looking for dependable associates who can pick, pack, and receive accurately while keeping the floor moving. You'll play a direct role in getting orders out the door on time and keeping our inventory tight.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Pick customer orders accurately using a pick list or handheld scanner
- Pack orders securely and apply the correct shipping labels
- Receive inbound shipments: unload, verify counts against POs, inspect for damage, and put away stock
- Keep inventory accurate through cycle counts and system updates
- Operate a forklift, pallet jack, or reach truck to move pallets safely (forklift preferred)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Hit daily productivity and accuracy targets
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Reliable and on time, every shift
- Strong attention to detail; follows pick/pack and receiving procedures
- Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable using a scanner, tablet, or warehouse system
- Team player who communicates and pitches in where needed
- Authorized to work in the
U.S. PREFERRED
(NICE TO HAVE)- Current forklift or powered-equipment certification
- Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution experience
- Experience with a WMS or inventory system (e.
