Job Title:

Picker Packer Job Description Join our team as a Picker Packer, where you will be responsible for picking and packing food products in a cold storage facility. This role requires the use of RF scanners and a keen attention to detail, as you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift and involved in heavy lifting. Responsibilities Pick and pack food products efficiently in a cold storage environment. Operate RF scanners to track inventory and orders accurately. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly. Perform heavy lifting and remain on feet for the duration of the shift. Essential Skills Experience in packaging and picking/packing operations. Proficiency in using RF scanner guns. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to work in extremely cold conditions as the facility is a cold storage environment. Why Work Here? Work Environment This position is based in a cold storage facility requiring candidates to be comfortable working in low temperatures. The role follows a first shift schedule from Monday to Thursday, with extended hours on Mondays and Wednesdays (10-12 hours) and regular 8-hour days on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denton, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
