Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that all items are picked in accordance with customer specifications. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities Efficiently pick and pack orders according to established guidelines and procedures. Verify the accuracy of picked items against order lists to ensure quality control. Operate warehouse equipment such pallet jacks safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Assist with inventory management by reporting any discrepancies or damaged items. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Pack items securely in boxes to prevent damage Use proper packing materials (bubble wrap, paper, foam, etc.) Label boxes correctly with shipping information Prepare shipments for carriers.
