This position is responsible for packaging products accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team while meeting production goals. Responsibilities Package products according to company and customer specifications Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging Label, seal, and prepare products for shipment Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow safety procedures and production guidelines Assist with loading, staging, and general warehouse duties as needed Work efficiently to meet daily production goals Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Qualifications Previous packaging, warehouse, or production experience preferred Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to lift and move materials as needed Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and dependable transportation required Ability to work overtime when needed
