Labor - Pallet Sorter 1st/2nd shift

What You'll Do In this role, you'll be sorting and removing contaminants from pallets.

Key responsibilities include:

Consistently meet or exceed daily production targets. Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, stacking, and moving pallets. Stand or walk for the majority of your shift. Regularly lift up to 50 lbs. on your own, and more with assistance. Stack 275+ pallets per day, 15-20 pallets high. Safely operate hand tools, pneumatic nail guns, and other equipment. Keep tools, equipment, and work area clean and in safe working order. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physical environment. Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety. Dependable and team-oriented. Perks & Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance.
