Packer/Sorter/Assembler

Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Package Handlers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient handling of packages within our warehouse environment. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our high standards of order fulfillment and quality control, while also supporting the overall shipping and receiving processes. Duties Operate warehouse equipment such as cherry pickers and order pickers to retrieve and transport packages. Accurately stock items in designated areas, ensuring proper organization and accessibility. Utilize a warehouse management system to track inventory levels and manage order fulfillment processes. Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring safe handling of packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition of products. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to streamline operations and improve efficiency in shipping and receiving tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidates. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, as well as order fulfillment practices, is a plus. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as cherry pickers or order pickers is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential skills for success in this role.
