Picker/Packer

HealthQuest Infusion & Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pick and Pack Associate to join our pharmacy operations team. This role supports our pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and patient care teams by helping prepare medication and supply orders for accurate, timely shipment to patients.

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in making sure each order is packed carefully and correctly. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare medication and supply orders for shipment according to company procedures Verify order details such as patient name, shipment contents, labels, and packaging materials before final shipment Assist with organizing, labeling, and stocking inventory and supplies Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient packing and fulfillment area Receive, unpack, and properly store incoming supplies as needed Follow all pharmacy, safety, and compliance procedures Communicate any order discrepancies, damaged items, or inventory concerns to the appropriate team member Support pharmacy staff and other departments with fulfillment-related tasks as needed Help ensure patient orders are completed accurately and on time Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, pharmacy, medical supply, or pick/pack experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to lift, carry, and move packages or supplies as needed Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as labeling, packing, scanning, and stocking
