Duties Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse. Manage shipping and receiving processes, including verifying shipments, inspecting goods for quality control, and updating inventory records. Stock shelves accurately by replenishing supplies and organizing products for easy retrieval during order fulfillment. Assist with packaging orders securely to prevent damage during transit while adhering to safety protocols. Support warehouse distribution activities by loading trucks and preparing shipments for dispatch. Maintain a clean, organized workspace while complying with safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, shipping & receiving, and stock management. Valid certification or experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for accurate inventory tracking. Mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining safety standards. Prior experience in warehouse supervision or leadership roles is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure order accuracy and quality control.
