In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing finished goods for shipment, ensuring that each item is accurately packed, labeled, and ready for delivery. Your proactive approach and mechanical aptitude will contribute to a smooth production flow, helping us meet customer expectations and maintain our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Carefully pack products using appropriate hand tools and packaging materials to ensure safety and quality during transit Operate forklifts and power tools safely to move raw materials and finished goods within the manufacturing facility Assemble products or components on the assembly line following established procedures and quality standards Conduct visual inspections to verify product accuracy, completeness, and packaging integrity before shipment Maintain a clean, organized workspace in the warehouse area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Assist with inventory management by accurately recording packaged items and updating stock levels in the system Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet daily production targets efficiently Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with production environments Mechanical knowledge or experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes is advantageous Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely within a warehouse setting is desirable Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate packing, labeling, and quality control checks Ability to work on your feet for extended periods while maintaining focus and productivity Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and safety regulations Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and supporting team goals
