Compensation:

$11.00 per hour A performance evaluation will be conducted after the first 30 days. Based on performance, a percentage raise may be provided, with pay increasing up to $14.00 per hour. : The Repacker plays a key role in the cold storage facility by handling, inspecting, repacking, and labeling various frozen fruits and vegetables to ensure they are correctly prepared for shipment. This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and efficiency in a fast-paced, cold environment.

Products handled include:

Mangoes Bananas Mixed Berries (Blueberries, Strawberries, Cranberries) Mixed Frozen Vegetables (Broccoli, Carrots, Asparagus)

Key Responsibilities:

Decase, sort, and repack frozen fruits and vegetables according to company standards. Inspect, count, and label products accurately as they move through the production line. Place products into containers, boxes, or bags, ensuring they are properly sealed and secured. Apply correct labels and required documentation to finished packages. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, pallet wrappers, or labeling machines. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area while following safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent workflow and meet production goals.

Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Must be able to lift 30+ pounds regularly. Comfortable working in a frozen cold storage environment (average temperature 30F). Must work efficiently and maintain speed in a fast-paced production setting. Prior experience in warehouse operations, food handling, repack, restack, labeling, or general labor is preferred however, employer is willing to train motivated applicants. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. No education requirement.
