Warehouse is located off the corner of Jackson and Military rd in South Pharr (Las Milpas). Shift runs: 9am- Production Completes (Mon-Sat) Paid Weekly Year-Round Production Benefits offered after 90 days
Key Responsibilities:
Repacking and Inspection:
.Repackaging produce from damaged containers, inspecting items for quality, and sorting according to size, weight, and customer specifications.Packaging and Labeling:
Accurately labeling packages with product information, weight, and other necessary details, and ensuring proper sealing and packaging for safe transport. Maintaining aClean and Safe Environment:
Keeping the work area clean, sanitized, and organized, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols, and following all safety procedures.Following Instructions and Meeting Production Standards:
Working efficiently and accurately to meet production targets and deadlines, following both written and verbal instructions, and communicating effectively with team members.Inventory Management and Reporting:
Participating in inventory management tasks, such as counting and recording items, and reporting any issues or malfunctions to supervisors.Essential Skills:
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry up to 50lbs, and perform repetitive tasks. Attention toDetail:
Accurate inspection of produce, precise labeling, and careful packaging.Communication Skills:
Effective communication with team members and supervisors. Ability toFollow Instructions:
Adhering to safety protocols, food safety standards, and specific packaging instructions.Basic Math Skills:
For measuring, counting, and recording inventory.Food Safety Awareness:
