Plano, TX Temp-to-hire opportunity with stability and growth potential Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card Benefits available: medical, dental, vision, 401K, referral bonus program Job Description As a Pack Out Associate, you will be responsible for preparing finished electronic products for shipment by ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality products to customers and requires accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities Package finished goods according to company and customer specifications Inspect products prior to shipment to ensure quality standards Label and prepare shipments with correct documentation Verify order accuracy and quantities before shipment Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams Maintain packing materials inventory Ensure compliance with shipping and handling procedures Keep work area clean and organized Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Basic math and counting skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in packing, shipping, or warehouse operations preferred Familiarity with electronic products is a plus Your New Organization This organization is an established electronics manufacturing company that supports the design, testing, and production of electronic assemblies used across a variety of industries.
