Temporary Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Plano, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and staging products for shipment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals with warehouse experience who are looking for a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Key Responsibilities Pick parts and products based on predetermined locations and quantities listed on pick sheets Stage selected items on carts or pallets and transport them to the quality assurance area Assist in organizing, cleaning, and maintaining inventory storage areas Support packing operations, including preparing products with protective materials to ensure safe transit Follow all warehouse procedures, policies, and quality standards Adhere to safety guidelines and report any issues or incidents immediately Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of warehouse, inventory, or receiving experience preferred Basic computer skills required Valid driver's license may be required Strong attention to detail and basic math skills Good communication, time management, and organizational abilities Skills & Requirements Ability to operate hand tools and power tools Experience with pallet jacks and standard warehouse equipment preferred Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks Comfortable lifting and moving up to 50 lbs Ability to bend, reach, use hand dexterity, and distinguish colors Physical Demands Requires standing, bending, and reaching Required to walk long distances Lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs Continuous use of hands and arms throughout the shift Why Join Us?
