Job Title:

Order Picker Job Description As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for locating, loading, and moving products to fulfill customer orders. You will complete bills of ladings and ensure the accuracy of filled orders in a timely manner. Safety is a core aspect of our culture, and it is a condition of employment. Responsibilities Retrieve orders from the shipping desk. Provide a quality check on all orders for misprints, incorrect quantities, non-stocked items, closed carton orders, partial quantities, double orders, or ship-withs, and follow the correct department picking order. Inspect all products for dents, dust, or paint blemishes prior to pulling the order. Transport products by lifting and hand loading onto pallets and return pallets to the pre-staging wrapping area. Stack and arrange pallets for safe and proper delivery. Inspect pallets for proper stickers, addresses, labeling, and display positioning. Complete orders by correctly filling in the appropriate spaces on the bill of lading and returning it to the order shipping desk. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Essential Skills Experience in picking and pulling orders. Ability to locate, load, and move products effectively. Proficiency in completing bills of ladings and ensuring order accuracy. Commitment to working safely. Additional Skills & Qualifications Attention to detail for quality checking orders. Ability to inspect products and pallets for defects. Work Environment The role involves physical tasks such as lifting and hand loading products onto pallets. You will work in a warehouse setting, maintaining a clean and organized space. You will be expected to follow safety protocols while using equipment and handling orders. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Roanoke, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
