Job Description

Job Title:
Detail-Oriented Fulfillment Specialist (Collectible Items) About the Role Are you a meticulous individual with an eye for detail? Do you find satisfaction in a job well done—and being able to walk away the moment it's finished? We are seeking a Collectible Items Packer to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility is to safely, securely, and beautifully package high-value collectible items. This isn't a standard, monotonous warehouse grind. We prioritize quality over speed , and we offer a unique daily goal structure: we provide a standard 8-hour workload, but the moment your designated batch for the day is packed perfectly, your workday is done.
Key Responsibilities Precision Packing:
Inspect, wrap, and securely pack fragile and high-value collectible items according to specific guidelines.
Quality Control:
Thoroughly check items for defects, dust, or damage before placing them in their final packaging.
Order Verification:
Match specific items and variants with order sheets to ensure 100% accuracy.
Maintain Cleanliness:
Keep your workstation pristine to prevent any debris or dust from affecting the collectibles. The "Finish & Go" Structure Unlike traditional roles where you have to stretch out tasks just to clock hours, this position rewards focus and efficiency: You will be given a finite, realistic volume of products at the start of the day—a workload designed to comfortably take approximately 8 hours. Clear Opportunity to
Finish Early:
If you maintain a steady, focused pace without sacrificing quality, you can easily finish ahead of schedule. Once your batch is complete and verified, you are done for the day. You get your time back without any penalty. What We Are Looking For Extreme Attention to

Patience and Care:
Collectibles require a soft touch. You must treat every item as if it's going into a premium private collection.
Reliability and Focus:
Because our daily output depends on a set volume, we need someone who shows up ready to lock in and get the job done.
Prior Experience:
Experience with fulfillment, or handling delicate goods (such as trading cards, collectibles, or electronics) is a plus, but we are fully willing to train the right detail-driven person.
Position Details Job Type:
