Keep full boxes of jars open on the line for production. Keep the fill levels of jars at the specified weight. Ensure all caps are tightened to specified tolerances. Ensure all production jars are sealed properly and labels are correct and applied to specifications. Ensure all finished goods bottles are packed and stacked properly. Ensure all finished goods cases are stacked and skidded according to the tie high specifications. Participate in setting up the bottling line for production. Keep floors and bottling room clean and organized according to the housekeeping schedule. •
