Production Packer

Overview:

Shift Available 6am to 6pm 6pm to 6am Mon-Fri Production Packers are responsible for packaging finished products accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while ensuring all quality, safety, and production standards are met. Employees will inspect products for defects or damages, label and package materials correctly, sort and prepare products for shipment, and support daily production operations. This position may include palletizing, stacking, counting inventory, maintaining clean work areas, and working around conveyors, production lines, packaging equipment, and industrial machinery. Candidates must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, lifting materials, and working in a physically demanding environment while maintaining productivity and attention to detail. This position works a set schedule Monday through Friday from 6 to 6, with employees working up to 60 hours per week depending on production needs and overtime availability. Weekly paychecks can average around $900 per week based on hours worked and attendance.

Skills and Experience:

Package finished products according to company standards Inspect products for defects, damages, or quality issues Label, sort, stack, and prepare products for shipment Maintain production speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment Follow all safety procedures and work instructions Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe Assist with palletizing, inventory counts, and production support tasks Report quality or production concerns to supervisors

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous production, packing, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to work long hours in a production environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work overtime as needed
