Warehouse Packer

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Packer to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently preparing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality in every package. Responsibilities Carefully select and pack items using order picker, RF scanner, and other warehouse management systems to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse. Conduct quality control checks on products to verify correct quantities, proper packaging, and overall condition before shipping. Assist with shipping and receiving processes by loading and unloading trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain organized stock levels through stocking, inventory management, and proper placement of materials in designated storage areas. Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve efficiency. Ensure all packaging meets company standards for durability and safety while adhering to shipping regulations. Qualifications Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in picking & packing, order picking, and materials handling. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation. Valid certification or experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, or other heavy equipment is highly desirable. Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and operate machinery safely. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with quality control standards. Experience in warehouse supervision or team coordination is a plus but not required. Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Pay:

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
