Job Description
Midday shift: 2 PM to 2 AM Duties and Responsibilities Weigh packages and label them appropriately Inspect packages to ensure they are not damaged Inspect shipping containers to ensure they meet shipping regulations Assemble daily orders by shipping location or other shipping categories Keep accurate records of packages, including delivery notes and invoices Complete packing and order forms with relevant shipping information Seal and label shipping containers properly Clean shipping containers and other shipping supplies as needed Skills and Qualifications In-depth knowledge of packing and shipping procedures Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment for extended hours Excellent organizational skills Strong attention to detail Good verbal and written communication skills
