We are currently recruiting for the position of Picking Associate for our Ogden, UT location. All candidates must satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

THE ROLE

The Picking Associate will scan totes or boxes using a voice picking headset to pick correct items off the shelves and place them in the correct box or tote.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive picking order by scanning a box or tote Utilize voice picking headset to retrieve correct products Place fulfilled orders into the original box or tote scanned to go to the packers Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Warehouse experience (preferred) Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions Comply effectively with company work and safety rules. Continually meet assigned production standards. Trained and certified to operate any required equipment. Basic computer knowledge Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Able to stand, sit, kneel, bend for extended amount of time Work at a quick pace Must have ability to lift or move at least 40lbs Must be able to work independently and as a team Self-directed and self-motivated Comply with company attendance policies Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations Be at least 18 years old
