Job Description

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking an Order Filler Picker to join their team. As an Order Filler Picker, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the fulfillment process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

PM) What's the Job? Responsible for safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. Replenish or pick product with direction from pick sheets or handheld computer. Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves to fill the order. Transport orders to shipping locations utilizing non-powered material handling equipment. Assist in physical inventories and maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area. What's Needed? Ability to operate simple equipment with a non-hydraulic lifting mechanism safely and efficiently (e.g., powered pallet jack). Basic familiarity with warehouse procedures and operations. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work the specified shift and follow directions/instructions/work procedures/safety rules.
