In this role, you will be responsible for accurately organizing customer orders for delivery by reviewing order lists, locating prepared meals in our refrigerated storage area, and placing them into delivery bags for our drivers. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customers receive the correct meals every time. Accuracy, organization, and attention to detail are essential, as even small mistakes can impact the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Review and interpret weekly order lists accurately. Locate prepared meals in refrigerated storage. Package meals into delivery bags according to customer orders. Verify all orders for completeness and accuracy before dispatch. Double-check packaged orders to minimize fulfillment errors. Organize orders efficiently for delivery drivers. Communicate promptly with team members regarding missing items, inventory discrepancies, or order concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient packaging area. Assist with other fulfillment and operational tasks as needed. Qualifications Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously. Ability to follow written instructions and order lists precisely. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Dependable, punctual, and accountable. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift meal bags and food containers throughout the shift. Previous experience in food service, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or order packing is helpful but not required. What We're Looking For The most important quality for this role is attention to detail. The ideal candidate is meticulous, organized, and takes pride in ensuring every order is packaged correctly.
