In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and labeling products for shipment while maintaining quality and safety standards. This is a fast-paced position ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a warehouse or production environment. Key Responsibilities Package products according to company standards and specifications Inspect items for defects or damage before packaging Label, seal, and prepare orders for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse or packaging experience is a plus, but not required Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic communication skills
