Warehouse Picker/Packer

Our client is currently seeking or in need of a dependable Warehouse Picker/Packer to join their team in Chester, Virginia . This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and can stay focused during early morning shifts. The selected candidate will help support daily warehouse operations by accurately picking orders, using handheld scanners, and maintaining a clean work area. The Day-to-Day:

Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently according to warehouse procedures. Use handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment to support inventory tracking and order processing. Follow warehouse management system requirements to ensure proper documentation and product movement. Work cooperatively with other warehouse associates to complete daily assignments. Keep the facility clean, organized, and free of unnecessary hazards. Provide excellent service by completing assigned work with accuracy and timeliness. Follow all company and site-specific safety policies to help maintain a safe working environment. Report any inventory issues, damaged products, or equipment concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work the required early morning schedule. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the shift. Ability to work well with others in a team-based environment. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Pay Rate:

$16.00 per hour

Schedule:
