Support changeovers between products or packaging formats, including assisting with line adjustments, material changes, and quality verifications. Participate in quality inspections and checks, ensuring that all finished goods meet established quality requirements. Assist with basic machine cleaning and line housekeeping tasks to support safe and efficient operations. Collaborate and communicate effectively with peers, maintaining professional and respectful interactions in line with company values. Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures, including restrictions on personal items and adherence to facility rules. Work in an environment where performance is measured, respond positively to performance feedback, and strive for continuous improvement. Maintain consistent attendance and job tenure, demonstrating reliability and commitment to the role. Essential Skills 1-2 years of experience in production or manufacturing environments. Previous experience performing assembly line and repetitive tasks. Experience standing for 8-12 hour shifts in prior roles. General labor and general production experience in a performance-measured environment. Experience with inventory, loading, and warehouse inventory processes. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when loading full boxes onto pallets. Ability to continuously stand and walk for extended periods, including 12-hour shifts. Ability to frequently turn the body side-to-side, bend, and squat as part of normal job duties. Ability to constantly grab and pinch product and materials away from the body. Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment with minimal downtime. Prior experience in an environment where performance is closely measured and tracked. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in warehouse production or similar high-volume production settings. Familiarity with production line concepts such as TPM, 5S, quality audits, and line release processes. Exposure to machine operation that could be leveraged for future progression. Basic knowledge of packing processes and material handling, including multiple levels of proficiency (basic and special knowledge in packing and materialist functions). Ability to adapt to structured progression paths where every new hire starts at entry level and advances by learning production processes. Demonstrated job tenure of 1-2 years in previous roles, showing stability and reliability. Limited or no unexplained large gaps in employment history. Willingness to work a 3-2-2-3 type rotating schedule on 12-hour shifts (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.).
