Job Description
Position Summary TNC Movers Network, Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our operations team. This role is responsible for accurately selecting, organizing, and preparing items for shipment while helping maintain efficient inventory and fulfillment processes. No prior experience is required training will be provided to help you succeed in the role. Job Overview As an Order Picker, you will play an important role in daily fulfillment operations by locating products, preparing orders, and ensuring items are accurately processed for shipment or delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Pick and gather items according to order specifications. Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy. Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment or distribution. Assist with receiving and organizing incoming inventory. Maintain accurate records of picked and processed orders. Report inventory discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors. Keep storage and work areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines. Assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts as needed. Support other warehouse and fulfillment activities when required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, or order-picking experience is a plus but not required. Ability to follow instructions and work with attention to detail. Basic math and counting skills. Strong organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable attendance and positive attitude. Ability to lift and move packages up to 40 pounds when necessary. Preferred Skills Time-management and multitasking abilities.
