  • 11:00 PM We are seeking reliable Production Support Associates to support packaging and quality processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in producing high-quality products while maintaining safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Inspect products before packaging to ensure quality standards are met Package products correctly and place finished goods into appropriate boxes Stack boxed products onto pallets using proper palletizing methods per specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment Safely operate sealing equipment and use utility knives as needed Follow all product specifications, quality standards, and formation guidelines Report defects, issues, or safety concerns immediately to leadership Perform additional duties as assigned by line leaders or supervisors Adhere to all Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and Food Defense protocols Ensure quality workmanship to produce safe, high-quality products Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow safety and food handling regulations Team-oriented with effective communication skills Prior manufacturing or food production experience preferred
