Conduct thorough inspections of all items to verify quality and order accuracy prior to boxing. Apply precise labels to all shipments to facilitate seamless delivery processes. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping your station tidy and orderly. Support inventory control efforts by monitoring and documenting current stock quantities. Work alongside colleagues to help the team achieve its daily output targets. Adhere to all established safety procedures to protect yourself and others on the floor. Required Skills and Experience A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred. Prior background working in warehouse or packing roles is beneficial. Demonstrate a sharp eye for detail and the capacity to execute specific directions. Show the ability to maintain high productivity levels within a rapid work setting. Possess the physical endurance required to handle lifting tasks of up to 50 pounds. Utilize fundamental math abilities to accurately measure and tally items.
