Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

You'll be: Setting up and maintaining the production line for safe palletizing, labeling, and wrapping of doors using both manual and automated equipment Keeping palletizer stocked with empty pallets for uninterrupted operation, and building pallets using a pneumatic staple gun and cardboard wrap Palletizing pre-finished doors onto correct pallets per order specifications, bracing and wrapping with stretch film Measuring and counting products and materials to ensure correct orders Reporting any product or packaging issues and assisting in continuous improvement initiatives Maintaining a clean and safe work area, performing warehouse cleanup, and following all operational and safety SOPs Following instructions, guidelines, and working under immediate supervision, typically reporting to a supervisor or manager This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have 1-2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or related experience (preferred, but not required) Possess the ability to stand and work for 8 to 10 hours per day, and to lift 50+ lbs Can read tape measures to 1/32″ and follow order specifications and instructions Are willing to work overtime as needed, and maintain regular, timely attendance Work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, and can multi-task effectively Communicate effectively in English and have organizational skills to maintain detailed records Hold a High School diploma or equivalent (preferred) Prior experience with pneumatic tools and knowledge of door types and palletizing processes is a plus What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
