Bellingham, WA We are a bulk organic e-commerce store seeking a highly motivated Food Production Team Member to join our team. Our company is dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality, organic products while promoting sustainability and environmental consciousness. We are currently hiring for production with the potential of training in other departments. If you are interested in any/all of the positions below - please submit an application!

Production:

Bagging/Production work Following production protocols Ability to stand for a full shift Ability to lift 50lbs

Shipping:

Checking for fulfillment accuracy Safely and effectively packing boxes for shipment with

UPS/USPS

Printing shipping labels Identifying safe shipping methods Fast-paced environment Frequent heavy lifting/high energy work

Order Picking:

Fulfillment/Picking of the order forms Inventory maintenance Computer literacy helpful Standing/Walking for a full shift Focused and detail-oriented individual

Warehouse:

Building pallets Following receiving procedures Ability to operate a forklift (or willing to be trained) Ability to lift 50lbs

Responsibilities:

Prepare and package a variety of organic food products in accordance with company standards Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure food safety and quality Maintain a clean and organized work environment Operate equipment and machinery to support production processes Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure proper inventory levels and production schedules are met

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a food production environment preferred Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Basic computer skills Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Hours:

Monday- Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-3pm We offer a positive and flexible working environment with competitive pay and benefits.
