Packaging & Production Associate Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Packaging & Production Associates to join our fast-paced production team. This role involves packaging products, labeling, quality control, inventory support, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Ideal candidates are reliable, efficient, positive and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

Package and label products according to company standards Inspect products for quality and accuracy Assemble, sort, and organize materials for production Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines Assist with inventory counts and stock organization Meet daily productivity and attendance expectations Support additional warehouse and production tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous packaging, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30-50 lbs Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Compensation:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
