Job Description
Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented weigher / packer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the packaging process, ensuring that products are prepared for shipment efficiently and accurately. As a Packer, you will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall success of our operations by maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Accurately pack products into boxes or containers according to specifications. Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging. Label packages clearly and correctly to ensure proper identification during shipping. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Report any issues or discrepancies in product quality or packaging to supervisors. Requirements Previous experience in a packing or warehouse environment is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
