ABOUT THE ROLE
The Large Format Packaging Associate is responsible for the packaging, kitting, and shipment of Large Format items, including but not exclusively, signage, displays, and point-of-purchase kits. This role prepares and organizes finished goods for shipment and ensures that orders are packaged carefully, accurately, and on time. An ability to follow work orders' instructions and communicate order status is essential. A keen eye for detail and a team-centered mindset are required. RESPONSIBILITIES
Package and prepare printed items for shipment, pick-up, and/or delivery Precisely follow work orders' instructions Choose the proper packaging materials for printed items Ensure that work order quantities and versions required are present Support, organize, and direct "Pack-Out" campaigns Visually inspect, stack, sort, and organize printed items Utilize and support the improvement of established packaging methods Communicate and synchronize with other Team members Occasionally support the Production Team Build and maintain a strong understanding of internal Quality Standards. Keep and maintain an organized work area. Contribute to Team workshops and training events. Attend and participate in team production meetings. Follow standard protocols and contribute to the development of new internal processes. Provide exceptional service and support to the sales and project management teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least two (2) years of Packaging, Collating, Shipping, or associated experience. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. May be required to complete and pass Public Trust Security Clearance

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Hand dexterity and strength required. Flexibility in work hours may be required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
