We are seeking hard-working and reliable packing associates to join our growing operation! Repack Associates ensure produce items are packaged in accordance to customers specifications (eaches/ weight/quality) while meeting production and productivity standards. These orders are packed with product integrity in mind. We strive to maintain a safe warehouse environment while specializing in building organized orders with attention to quality and accuracy while meeting all food safety programs. This is a steady paced position that requires a standard of a certain pieces per hour which is easily within reach for candidates that are hired on. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience High School Diploma or GED or equivalent Must follow instructions, respond to management direction. Must have intermediate English skills (reading/writing/speaking). Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved oral instructions in English. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and high level of effort Ability to work in refrigerated (36 F) environments Ability to lift up to 60lbs Basic math skills and read weigh scales. Attendance is critical; employee must be dependable to report to work on time as scheduled. Ability to observe and follow proper safety procedures, and a willingness to report potentially unsafe conditions.
