Job Description
Cannabis Packaging Associate We're looking for a detail-oriented person to weigh, package, and label cannabis concentrate products while keeping a clean, compliant workspace. Mon-Fri, steady schedule, no weekends. This role requires sustained focus and consistency throughout an 8-hour shift — it's not for everyone, but people who thrive here tend to stick around. Responsibilities Weigh and package concentrates into jars, label, and box for delivery Pick and pack orders accurately Manage packaging label inventory End-of-day cleaning (sweep/mop) Qualifications 21+, eligible to work in the US Organized, detail-oriented, able to maintain quality through repetitive tasks Cannabis experience a plus Physical Standing/sitting up to 8 hours, repetitive hand work, lift up to 50 lbs Compliance This is a licensed cannabis processing facility operating under Washington State LCB regulations. All employees are subject to state traceability requirements and must maintain compliance at all times. Compensation & Benefits $20/hr, full-time M-F 8:30a-4:30p Health, dental, vision - 50% employer paid Paid holidays + PTO Product samples + headphones allowed
