Responsibilities Package & Seal:

Accurately weigh and fill bags according to specific order requirements.

Quality Control:

Inspect packaging for proper seals, correct labeling, and overall presentation.

Organization:

Assist in boxing finished products and prepping shipments for delivery or retail.

Maintenance:

Keep a clean and sanitized workstation in compliance with food safety standards.

Teamwork:

Coordinate with the roasting and fulfillment teams to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications Detail Oriented:

Ability to maintain accuracy while working quickly.

Physical Stamina:

Comfortable standing for long periods and capable of lifting up to 30-50 lbs.

Reliability:

Strong attendance record and a \"can-do\" attitude.

Experience:
