Seasonal Responsibilities:
- Hand-sorting pallets based on manufacturer, quality, and grade
- Identifying damaged pallets and determining necessary repairs
- Meeting production and quality goals in a fast-paced environment
- Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean workspace
- Being a team player in a supportive, safety-first environment Requirements for Sorter
Seasonal:
- High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience encouraged
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. consistently throughout your shift
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks (bending, twisting, lifting)
- Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience a plus (training provided)
