Metal Packer- 2nd shift

Join Our Team as a Metal Packer! Are you ready to move metal and make things happen? At Skana Aluminum , we're looking for a reliable, hands-on team player who's ready to jump in and keep our shipping operations running smoothly! You'll be trained to load and unload aluminum coils , prepare customer orders , and keep production flowing —all while working with a crew that values teamwork, safety, and getting the job done right. If you've got a strong work ethic , love working in a fast-paced environment , and want a company that invests in your growth , we want YOU on our team! ️ What You'll Be Doing Load, unload, and stage shipments of aluminum coils Check labels, pack slips, and Bills of Lading for accuracy Operate forklifts, cranes, scales, and stretch wrappers (training provided!) Receive inbound materials and manage supply inventory Work closely with the Traffic Supervisor to ensure shipments are DOT compliant Keep your workspace safe, clean, and organized Cross-train in other departments and take on new challenges Support continuous improvement projects and teamwork across departments What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong math and communication skills Forklift certification (or willingness to get one!) Team-oriented attitude and flexibility with scheduling Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus Why You'll Love Working at Skana Holiday Pay starting
