Food Service Manufacturing Responsibilities:

• Work on production lines assigned and inspect for proper code dates that are printed on the bottom of each small 1.6oz or 50oz bottles to assure the correct dates has been applied.
• Interact with the machine operator to ensure quality of product is being produced so that the machine operator can make his adjustments to the machine as needed.
• While performing visual inspection of the liquid bottles to ensure they are of a high quality discarding any product that looks to be labeled incorrectly, capped incorrectly, or have any other issues to the side so it not shipped.
• Build small shipping boxes and start placing 20 packs of 1.6oz tubes of liquid concentrates into boxes or 6 bottles of 50oz into the shipping box and tape it shut using a hand tape gun or tape machine.
• Place finished shipping boxes onto a pallet and once the pallet meets the required height, shrink wrap it by hand so it doesn't tip over.
• Move finished pallet using a hydraulic pallet jack and stage the pallet is the staging area for the Fork Truck driver to pick up and repeat the entire process during the work shift or until the daily run is over.

Requirements for

Food Service Manufacturing:

• Stand in one spot, bend, reach, push or pull during the work shift.
• Lift 5lbs to 20lbs constantly.
• Frequent handling/moving of material from floor to waist and from waist to shoulder to overhead.
