ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Pick correct parts and quantities according to the sales orders (pick slip) Utilize personal lift equipment, carts, or pallet jacks to properly move the items Package orders using standard commercial packaging provided to eliminate damage to parts or products Follow quality procedures to ensure part numbers and quantity of items are correct and quality of the packaging are up to standard Use of computer to enter the correct data into the shipping software for each shipment Sort packaged freight to appropriate carrier bin Work as part of a cross-functional team to ensure shipments are sent in a timely fashion Keep an organized, clean, and safe work area
