Case Packer- 1st
Shift Wage:
$21.05/hourShift:

Case Packer Responsibilities:
- Maintain area, equipment and personal sanitation
- Prepare, weigh, carry, load and space product
- Open and rework product
- Operate case packer and case erector
- Troubleshoot, clean, and maintain case packer
- Perform product changeovers, utilizing the matrix
- Review order specs and assemble / pack boxes
- Perform quality checks to ensure product is packaged according to customer specifications on production sheet (price / label / packaging)
- Communicate to line personnel on order specs and quality issues
- Palletize product
- Disassemble and assemble equipment
- Sanitize lines when needed
- Enter data on production reports Requirements for
Case Packer:
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and related equipment
- Ability to make minor decisions based on standard practices
- Ability to read and prepare production reports and comprehend production worksheets
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- MES and SAP experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced production environment with average temperature of 50-60 degrees
- Ability to frequently handle material from floor-to-waist, waist-to-shoulder and pushing/pulling/carrying
