Overview Join our dynamic team as a Packaging Associate and play a vital role in ensuring our products are safely and efficiently prepared for distribution. Duties Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot, repair, or adjust packaging lines as needed. Prepare, label, and package products according to specified procedures, ensuring quality control at every step. Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move raw materials and finished goods within the facility. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist with inventory management, including warehouse experience tasks such as stock rotation and documentation. Support assembly tasks when required, contributing to overall manufacturing productivity. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools for assembly or maintenance tasks. Experience with packaging processes within a manufacturing setting. Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently; certification preferred. Warehouse experience that includes inventory management, shipping, or receiving duties. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance and safety compliance.
