Job Description

  • Warehouse Order Fulfillment Associate
  • Hook, Pack & Ship the Gear That Fuels the Fishing Season!
  • Position Purpose
  • Love the outdoors or just enjoy staying active at work? Join a team that helps get fishing gear into the hands of anglers across the country! In this fast-paced role, you'll pick, pack, scan, and ship fishing supplies—from tackle and gear to essential equipment—ensuring every order goes out accurately and on time.
  • Schedule & Attendance
  • + •Monday - Thursday | 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM•(hello, 3-day weekends!
) + 40+ hours per week, with overtime available during peak seasons + Consistent attendance is key—we rely on each other to keep things moving
  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Keep Orders Moving
  • + Pick fishing gear and supplies using RF scanners + Pack and prepare orders with care so products arrive ready for the water + Scan and route shipments via UPS, FedEx, or freight carriers + Place orders on conveyors or pallets for shipment
  • Ship It Right, Every Time
  • + Label and verify orders to ensure accuracy + Use handheld scanners and validation programs to double-check quantities + Work with your team to track down any missing or incorrect items
  • Stay Organized & Stocked
  • + Restock inventory and keep stockroom locations organized + Process returned items and move products to correct locations + Pull additional inventory from the warehouse as needed
  • Hands-On Work
  • + Assemble boxes and shipping containers + Safely use tools like box cutters to open and prep materials + Break down boxes and help maintain a clean, efficient workspace
  • Team Player Mentality
  • + Communicate with team members to keep orders flowing smoothly + Jump in where needed—everyone works together here + Support team leads and managers with additional tasks

  • Pay Details:
  • $19.
